Closing Keynote: Rising Above When Circumstances Push Our Buttons

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

As managers and staff you often get caught in the middle; stuck between policy requirements & human need, between personalities & circumstances, and between problems & solutions. Like anyone, our buttons get pushed, but we are the ones expected to somehow rise above the emotion and “be better.” This is how you do that! When we wipe away the behavioral and contextual circumstances that typically define who we are and how we engage with others, we find a truer understanding of our deepest, unwavering core values. We begin to discover how we experience, engage with and respond to the people and the world around us - and why we do it this way. This knowledge leads to stronger relationships in every area of life; personally & professionally, children & adults, family & friends, and leads to achieving one's highest and greatest contributions to themselves and others. In this program we will offer the opportunity for each attendee to take this revolutionary assessment and couple it with a playful, insightful and eye-opening experience to unpack, understand and effectively apply the content and knowledge to one's life, career and relationships.

Please take the assessment before the session in order to have the best experience.

At the end of this session participants will be able to:
  • Understand your dominant and latent core values and how they effect and control your human interactions.
  • Utilize concrete language and techniques for changing the way you handle conflict, communication and problem solving.
Intended audience: everyone
